All Aramark staff who complete the online study for the BASICS.fst or ADVANCED.fst online food safety training programs must write a final proctored examination.

You CANNOT reserve an exam seat until your course is fully completed!

Passing Exam Grade for BASICS.fst - 74% or greater.
(50 questions, 35 multiple choice and 15 true/false)

Passing Exam Grade for ADVANCED.fst - 75% or greater.
(80 questions, all multiple choice)
