ADVANCED.fst s TrainCan's Canadian management level food safety program. It centres on the role of foodservice and food retail leaders in measuring risks, setting policies, and training and supervising employees.

This online course can be completed at your own pace. The course consists of modules that must be fully completed followed by a module test. You will have unlimited attempts at passing the module test and must score 100% to proceed to the next module.

After completing the course, you will have the option to take the exam immediately or later. When taking the exam you must have valid photo ID and a working Webcam. A final grade of 75% is required to successfully pass the exam and be certified.

Allergen Training For the Foodservice and Food Retail Industry 2nd Edition (English)

While general food safety training courses provide basic information on food allergy, overall, the foodservice and food retail industries still need a more in-depth understanding of the seriousness of food intolerances, food allergies, and anaphylaxis.

BASICS.fst is TrainCan's Canadian employee level food handler program. This food handler certification course meets all of the recommended requirements of all provinces and the Canadian Food Retail and Foodservices Code and Regulations. This course will help you learn important information about food safety and how to do your job better.

This online course can be completed at your own pace. The course consists of modules that must be fully completed followed by a module test. You will have unlimited attempts at passing the module test and must score 100% to proceed to the next module.

After completing the course, you will have the option to take the exam immediately or later at a convenient time. When taking the exam you must have valid photo ID and a working Webcam. A final grade of 74% is required to successfully pass the exam and be certified.

ADVANCED.fst® is a management level food safety training course. The course will help food handlers and management within the Foodservice/ Food Retail sector learn important information about food safety. It will help them to do their job better. The information and recommendations in this course are based on the Food Retail and Food Services Regulation and Code (FRFSRC), Health Canada and The Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

Once your course is completed, you MUST reserve your exam seat in a ARAMARK Testing Centre ONLY!
